Zeylan Edu Consultants (ZEC) is one of the well determined Islamic Banking and Finance educational and consultancy institutes based in Sri Lanka and intending to make a significant contribution in Islamic Finance Industry. In this endeavor ZEC is in the process of building foreign strategic alliances, in order to offer internationally recognised certifications and qualifications.

ZEC believes, Islamic banking and Islamic belief with attention to the human dimension of the economy, being an alternative not only to Muslims but the entire mankind. As a result the institute brings together students of all faith to create awareness of an alternative financial service, which is true to the spirit. ZEC management committee had established a broad span of knowledge and understanding of the principles and methodologies of Islamic banking and Islamic insurance by delivering the highest quality of professional education, training and research pertinent to the needs of the industry and elevate awareness across all financial disciplines of the positive benefits of incorporating moral and ethical aspects in all dealings.

The overall objective of the institute is to facilitate individuals become expert Islamic finance professionals and companies establish better Islamic financial system, and to promote industry professionalism and best practices in Islamic Banking and Finance industry through education, research, consultancy, corporate trainings, seminars and workshops.

Zeylan’s professional Lecture panel and management team, consist of expertise with hands-on experience in conducting Banking and Finance, Shari’ah Investments programs which are conducted locally and in the Middle East, gained from a previous Institute’s management which had trained more than 200 students for various international and local qualifications in Islamic Finance.

In addition to conducting programs in English, the ZEC faculty members are well experienced locally and globally in conducting Finance related and other management programs in Arabic language as well.  With its current resources , going forward ZEC intends  to pursue a number of strategic alliances with major institutions internationally who comprise an established track record of success in their particular fields.
